Reconnect & Express Yourself

“Reconnect & Express Yourself” blends the intimacy of a women's circle with the vibrancy of a creative workshop, offering a space for deep connection and artistic exploration. 

The first part of our gathering is dedicated to reconnecting with oneself and each other. We'll engage in mindfulness practices, share openly, and express our true selves without reservation, setting aside our daily masks to truly be present. 

In the second part, we will unleash our inner artists through intuitive painting using acrylics on canvas. This creative process is about expressing ourselves in color and form, which means you don't need any talent or skills to participate. 

This workshop offers a nurturing place to grow, express, and connect. Join us to rediscover and express your inner self through art and conversation.

The event will be held in English. However, if you do not feel comfortable speaking English, you are very welcome to speak Flemish.
